When The Chase decided in 2006 to convert its space to include limited million-dollar residences, a luxury brand campaign was in order.
At $75 a-piece production cost, the sales kit included a cloth bound blind-embossed box, a large book, as well as a small coffee-table photographic book highlighting the Chase's past, present, and future in pictures. Brand lifestyle photography, shot by Mark Katzman, established a glamorous day-in-the-life of future residents and emphasized the built-in hotel amenities.
